Body Language differences between geeks and normals

I had a look for the essay I mentioned after frisbee last night, and couldn't find it. Right after I'd sent a request for help off to the LMB list, I remember what search terms I needed to use and found it.

I can't remember everyone who wanted it, so I'm posting it here. I did not write this and take no credit for it whatsoever. Also, it's cut straight from the email. Oh, and remember it's American.

There were further comments in the thread, but most of them had to do with examples and I'm sure we can all come up with plenty of our own. I find the second half to be more relevant and I wonder what differences there are for tv show or movie based fans. I know I picked up the use of 'shiny' to describe something good from Firefly, but I don't know what other differences there would be.
