I'm mostly tired because after all this I still had a two hour lecture on the Family Violence Act, applying for and what the effects are of a Protection Order and the part of the Family Proceedings Act that deals with paternity (sections 47 - 58 I think). It's interesting, but it does more or less confirm to me that I don't really want to work in family law where I'm going to be called up at random and asked to apply for a Protection Order.
I miss my old ones (which I am going to replace with an identical pair, unless I find something better). They hooked over my ears and the sound was reasonable, but what I really loved about them is the fact that the cord retracted. I have had so many issues with tangled cords since that function broke on my old pair.
