Lace and Steel costumes

nishatalithaI've been searching google, hoping to find a picture that I want to use for Isthian without resorting to that rather famous one of Madame Pompador, and I found some pictures of clothes owned by the Metropolitan Museum of Art, which players might want to check out to see what their characters would be wearing. This website also has pictures that might be useful for reference
For Isthian, I rather like the first three on the top row, but I imagine that for balls, the wide dresses further along the row would be far more likely. Of course, these are all eighteenth century.
For seventeenth century ones, you might want to go to The History Of Costume and have a flick through there. Our other main Court dress would is probably like a bit like these.
