Books, books and lets see... more books.
Feb. 3rd, 2005 11:06 pmI feel strangely proud at the fact that I am completely up-to-date on my washing now, sheets included. My room is really tidy and it feels strange. I may have to start leaving things lying around on the floor in order to feel more comfortable.
C. came over this evening and read Reintroducing Magic and I explained the background detail to her. I may have to work out a way to include it. We went up onto the roof and talked books. Then we started to get a bit cold, so came inside and talked books some more. She's loaned me the new J D Robb book, which is better than the previous one and an anthology with a L. K. Hamilton and a Charlene Harris story in it. The third story is the best one and the latter two have hallmarks of bad fanfiction. She's also returned Banewrecker, the new Jacqueline Carey book, so if anyone wants to borrow it, I'll pass it on.
I have made a playlist of virtually all the songs I have on my computer, leaving only the soundtracks (and actually including Grease, Desperado and Josie and the Pussycats. There are over 1400 songs on there, which I find quite impressive, but is nothing compared to what maudlinrose has.
