DUST: it is the enemy!!!!

*points at icon* This was actually said in a morning briefing recently, and maudlinrose said I should make an icon out of it. It needs some more work, like moving the text, and/or changing the text colour, but hey, I made an icon out of a photo of the place where I work. I can practically garantee that I've cleaned that room, since over the last six months, I have probably cleaned every room in the building.

Qualmark inspection is tomorrow. Last night, since I was kinda stressed and tired from working all day with someone whom I could NOT get any sort of rhythm going with, any give and take, any communication, so on and so forth, and we finished 5.15pmish, I asked to speak to Zlarta, and requested not to work with her anymore. I remember what it was like working with Gillian all the time, and I have absolutely no desire to repeat the experiment. So, I was working with someone else today, and we would've done much better, save that the Qualmark guy checked in last night, and we were on cleaning his room. It was perfect by the time we were done, but it took a long time. Also, we start at 8.15am tomorrow morning, so I need to a) go to bed early and b) find out what bus I want to catch.

An example of the communication and information retention displayed in my flat this morning:

Flatmate S: "Do you know what happened to anschee? She hasn't been around lately."
nishatalitha (blankly): "She's in England for two weeks."
Flatmate S: "Oh."
nishatalitha: "University holidays, you know."

Also, anschee, S. (who definately appears to be Flatmate S's girlfriend) brought around some stuff for the flat in general, and I'm pleased to inform you that there'll probably be some left when you get back. Also, I painted the stairs from the letterbox down, so it's somewhat less likely that necks (or ankles) will be broken falling down them.

Met up with the GM after work today. I now have stats for Isthian (go me!), another interest, and more details on finances, and the suchlike. I need to talk to mashugenah about Esmerelda, and her intentions at court, but I'm not sure if this is supposed to be in game or out of game.
