Jun. 12th, 2006 12:12 amWe've had a couple of pears in the refrigderator for ages; not the last shop, but the one before that. We also have a reasonable number of cookbooks, and one of them has a receipe entitled Pear and Cardamon Cake. We've been saying that we should make it for ages, because cardamon is neat, and interesting recipes are also neat. So I made it tonight.
It was very good.
