Rolled my ankle today playing Ultimate. It's sprained and I have cructches to use, which I am rather incompetent on. Ankle is rather painful, has a tube bandage and is not actually broken. This is a good thing.
It also means that I'm not going to be playing Ultimate nor going to the gym for a while and I shall also be finding a physio and doing exercises. I wonder if my medical insurance covers stuff like this. I should call or text my parents and find out.
It was a fun day at Indoorpendence. I'm glad it was the very last game that I damaged myself.
I think I am going to get flatmates to help me get my bags, find stuff and put the frozen peas away and go to bed. I'm ready for sleep.
Thank you everyone who has emailed or texted or some other way expressed concern. I appreciate it and those I haven't responded to already I will at some time when I'm not just wanting to fall over. Thanks especially to
knightclubbing and J who stayed with me in A&E and kept me company, J offering much useful advice and suggestions.
