I never quite left DW (I'm rubbish at putting down platforms after picking them up) but I never joined Tumblr either. I'm still rubbish at posting.

Life goes on: we bought a house, we got married, went to Sri Lanka for our honeymoon earlier this year and to France last month just because. I'm learning te reo Māori which is occupying large parts of my brain at the moment. Still do lots of cross stitch, but have picked up wet felting as a hobby.

I buy a lot more ebooks than I used to and read a lot more short fiction that is not fanfiction. I've not felt quite as connected to fandom spaces since I moved. I also spend less time on my computer than I used to.

I should maybe get some more icons.

Husband and I are babysitting for friends tonight so they can go out for a birthday dinner. Hopefully the children stay soundly asleep.
