Hell, I felt stressed just reading about your day...no wonder you're tired!
I've never been able to use the standard kind of earbuds - they either fall out, or are incredibly uncomfortable. I love the ones I have now...a bit fiddly, but great sound and they're pretty good at blocking outside noise as well.
